Recipe Suggestion:
Coat chicken breast in Upper Crust Panko (code 01020) and Parmesan cheese, pan fry until done. Serve with a baked Roma tomato (filled with a stuffing of panko, Parmesan, egg, ricotta, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and flour).
