1. What is the shelf life of your products once I receive them?
Panko and Tempura Batter have a 12-month shelf life from the time of manufacture. When you receive our products, you will have at least 6 months of shelf life. Moisture is the biggest problem that will shorten the shelf life so product should be stored in a dry area. When the packages are opened, it should be stored in a tightly closed container. To increase the shelf life, the products can be frozen without affecting quality.
